Jarrod became manager and food is not good people that work there are not in good mood because of work conditions.He yells at employees in front of us several different times.He will argue with you over coupons that Arbys sends to cell phones says he dont have to take them .last straw was we were behind older man with speech problem and jarrod was irritated finally said spit it out.poor guy was upset !we walked out its been 8 months now And i will not be back in this arbys as long as this jerk runs it .I talked to people they told me its hard to work with him and does no good to call main office because employees and coustomers have called and nothing is ever done and thats why never see people there it should just close doors!I wish we had our old Arbys back!!Its time for a change in management!!How many other people have had problems with this Arbys??
