Incompetent staff. Took an ENTIRE DAY for a tire rotation and then I got charged for work they claimed to do but actually didn't EVEN THOUGH I ordered the work to be done. You're a mechanic. You don't get paid to think and make decisions about my vehicle unless it's safety related (this wasn't). You read the order and turn the bolts. I'll never go back to this store even for a free tire rotation. I'd rather pay someone competent to do it.
