There was damage on the vehicle when I picked it up. I was told it was already noted by the employee that was checking over the vehicle with me. The car was filthy, there were bugs all over it. After I turned in the car I got a bill for the damage that was on it when I picked it up. I have been a long time customer with them, this was the worst rental experience I have had. $500 for damage that was on it when I picked it up. I called the location and they were awesome to fix the problem. They were very apologetic and I appreciate their assistance.
