Bought a silver Figaro chain from them a month ago, and it started to tarnish very quickly. Tried everything to clean it and not all the tarnish came clean.. and was very dull and a bunch of scratches. Very bad quality. Refund policy stated check mailed for anything over $200. This was under $200 And refused to refund us and said still had to mail a check. Never doing business with them again.
