Lot rent goes up every 6 months the roads take forever to get fixed when they get torn up a neighbor of mine moved out and it took probably around 4 months for someone to come around and start cleaning up all the debris that was left from the movers moving his home out and I have two young children that love to go outside and play and that was dangerous because they were sharp objects laying around all over the place so me and my son started cleaning it up that's not my job and there's hardly ever anybody in the office when you call it when you go there
