Since we moved here in June 2012, I went there 3 times. Only 1 out of 3, I had good service. The last 2 were horrible. The associate snapped at me just because I swiped my card in the middle of transaction. The 2nd time I came, the same associate was there in the register, and this time she even rolled her eyes and made LOUD sigh when she saw me coming with returns. Disrespectful, Impolite, Unfriendly. If I have to shop at NYCO again, I would go to the one in Oxmoor, I had enough humiliation here.
