First and last time I’ll ever use these incompetent people. Turned in two sets of curtains to be cleaned. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks. By week three and my phoning twice, my curtains were still ‘not ready and we’ll call you when they are’. I finally went in person to ask what the deal was. The worker said they were not showing as ready. I looked over and saw my curtains, finished and hanging up in a plastic bag awaiting pick up. I said ‘I believe those are my curtains. They are two letters down from my actual last name. The worker checked and they were indeed my curtains. The only response from the worker was ‘I don’t know why they did that’. I get home and the curtains are mismatched from their appropriate sized set and the phone number by my name on the ticket attached to the bag is the wrong phone number. I would have never been called. Incredible.
