We own a therapy company here in Owensboro. We have over 20 cars in our fleet that will need auto parts from time to time in the future. After today, O'Reillys auto parts will never receive our business again. We took a car to O'Reillys to have the battery tested. After determining that the battery was bad, the young man who had helped me offered to change the battery. 2008 chevy cobalts have the battery in the trunk. As the young man was about to change it for us, the manager came out and said "due to the battery being in the trunk, we are not allowed to change it for you". I said thank you, got in the car, and drove immediately to AutoZone on Fredrica Street. A young student attending OHS named "Junior" greeted me at the door, checked the battery, changed it and removed the old one with no questions asked. He was polite, helpful, and did his job professionally. We will now use AutoZone for any car parts or repairs that we need in the future. It's amazing how companies differ in their customer service.
