Update: I have been contacted by a manager over the situation and have been assured it will be handled.
Just listened to the manager bad mouth an employee that just quit because she was stressed over home life to another employee. I came in to look at buying multiple shoes for my 2 children, and was never once acknowledged when coming in or leaving the store. They lost out on a huge sale.
