Plantation Animal Clinic

I came here based on a friend's recommendation because I was not happy with my previous vet. I was so impressed with Dr. Kleinhelter and her kindness and attentiveness to my Yorkie. He is 13 years old and had been having seizures. Because of his age, I did not want to run extensive and expensive tests to diagnose something that could not be fixed without surgery. I told her this up front and she was very agreeable and considerate in all that she did. She told me the cost of everything up front, and as we went along. She asked me to call her in a couple of days and let her know how he was doing, which I did. She and her staff were the most welcoming, friendliest, most caring staff I have ever encountered in any doctor's office. They truly do care about your pet and they handle them with the utmost care and sensitivity. Oh, and on top of all this, I got a card in the mail a couple of days after my visit welcoming me to their practice, signed with personal notes from each of the staff. Now that's customer service at its best!
