It would have been really nice if they'd given my card back when I went through Wednesday night. It would have been nicer if they'd offered some kind of apology when I retrieved it. Maybe one of those tokens, something? I work in food. If I had done that the customer would have gotten a VIP card (a free meal, drink, and cookie covered on that). And I would have gotten my butt chewed out by my manager for negligence.
