For me this is not the church for me, as they are conservative, believe in proselytizing, and are not LGBT friendly.
That being said they are a big but not too big church that always has activities going on through the week. They do hospital visits and homebound visitations. They have special groups for men and women and have a weekly family dinner. While I was there the preacher gave a lovely sermon on depression. If your a charismatic conservative Christian looking for church this might be a good fit for you. The dress style is smart casual business casual. I did see a few jeans. But the over all look was more Pants and nice top.
