I would never consider taking my dog anywhere else. Every single person is friendly and professional. The doctors typically give you a number of treatment options and make sure that you understand the diagnosis and that all of your questions are answered. You never feel rushed and are always seen in a timely manner. I have, in emergency situations, taken my dog in at the very end of the day. You would have thought that I had the first appointment of the day, given the cheerfulness of everyone. I have been taking my dog to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital for ten years. During this time, she has had a hip operation, been hospitalized and has had numerous wellness and sickness appointments. Thus, I have fairly extensive experience with Erlanger Veterinary Hospital and could not recommend them more highly.
