0 stars. Zero. The most rude, condescending, unaccomodating hotel/general manager I’ve ever experienced. Beware! Do not believe the 24 hour cancellation policy. Do not believe you are getting a “discount group rate.” Do not think they will help you no matter who you file a complaint with. IHG has zero say what this hotel does. It operates independently under a GM that could care less about customer satisfaction or being accommodating to it’s guests.
