I was impressed by the staff's professionalism, knowledge, willingness to answer questions, making sure I understood the process, and paperwork they needed to help me file. They were able to add humor to my situation and make me feel better about the situation I was in, at a badly needed time. They got the creditors off my back and helped with items that shouldn't have been on my credit score in regards to being cleared by the bankruptcy. Also thought the bankruptcy fee was quite reasonable for the all the work they had to do, to prepare my bankruptcy, help in court, and communicate with lots of creditor emails and calls, even well beyond the time of the bankruptcy's filing.
