I like the ULP staff, but I wish they didn't outsource echoes, etc., to Norton. Norton's billing and prepayment policy is atrocious. I often forget until Norton calls me the day before to tell me how many hundreds of dollars they expect me to prepay. ULP has no such requirement, and handles insurance much more timely and professionally.
