This is not a good company to do business with. I spent over four months, starting in August, trying to order a stove through them, but they wouldn't even take my money. It was the strangest thing... a reverse retail situation, where instead of them trying to get me to buy something, I was trying to convince them to sell me something. It never happened.
The staff led me on, lied to me repeatedly, and failed to meet every single promise of calling me back that they ever made. As winter came closer, I started calling them nearly every day. They answer roughly one out of five calls, and do not respond to any answering machine messages.
It's December now, and Eastwood never followed through. We had some pretty cold nights heating with our old stove. But despite it being a little too late, I'm pleased to say that I was able to order a stove from another company that had our new stove delivered from Indiana to our house within 3 weeks. This other company didn't seem the least bit upset when my wife and I wrote them a $3600 check.
In conclusion, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. From our experience, Eastwood doesn't seem to care about their customers, and they don't seem interested in your money either. They can't meet an obligation, and are probably the worst managed company I've dealt with.
