I rarely post online reviews, but I am left appalled after a simple visit over my dog's allergies. The only reason that this place deserves 1 star was because of the friendliness of the admin. I have gone to Oakbrook Clinic for years & our visit yesterday was was terrible beyond comprehension. The veterinarian we saw, was rude & condescending. She contradicted herself more than once while attempting to "upsell" services, surgeries, shots & medications. My dog & I were left in a hot claustrophobic room for an eternity before i was able to take her to the car. Doctor would not allow us to go out a different exit (although I have been allowed to do this many times in the past) Her exact words were, "No, that's NOT gonna happen!"
When I was finally able to make the payment, I was overcharged for a procedure that i had not approved. I then requested to talk directly to Vet about this & she blatantly lied to my face. I used to love this place, but at this point, unless there were an apology & refund, I would never take my pet back there again.
