Just because I get a good rate on a hotel doesn't mean it should not be up to standard. My room was extremely dirty but I couldn't request a different room because the office closes at 7:00 pm. I've never been in a room where the cleaning crew fails to thoroughly clean the bathroom and leaves hair everywhere. I had to wear my shower shoes inside of the tub. I dont think they passed a vacuum over the floor before my arrival. The walls were thin where I could hear my neighbor's conversation. I rewuestes a non-smoking room and my room reeked of smoke. I am disappointed in this hotel chain and will not support their business again!
