My boyfriend just purchased tires from this store. He took his car in Monday, bought 4 brand new tires Tuesday and Thursday heard a AAA advertisement through Pandora selling the exact same tires for $200 less than what he purchased at Tire Discounters. We went into the shop to get a price match, and they couldn't price match it. We then called customer service Friday and she directed us to the regional manager who called on Tuesday the following week. We have yet to get a response on the price match.
I had an amazing experience at the Florence Tire Discounters who put new brakes on my car but advised me to get new tires. They were very honest, showed me why I needed new brakes and new tires (balding on the inside of tire and low tread) I didn't buy new tires that day because I didn't have time to wait.
After no response from the regional manager to price match the AAA quote we received in writing, I will not be purchasing my tires from Tire Discounters, nor will my boyfriend in the future.
Tire Discounters do not have the low prices, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
