U-Haul Moving & Storage at Dixie Hwy

GO to ANY U HAUL but this one!!!! The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with I have called many times and their phones weren't working. When I do speak with someone about getting 24-7 hour access to my storage unit I was told I already have that and it's fine. After two months of hearing the same thing for multiply people yet being denied access!!!! NOW I was told today I have to pay more monthly to have access to my storage unit. The day I purchased then the women who runs storage said after 30 days you automatically have access to storage units. If the communication was there I wouldn't mind paying more monthly but to be told by multiply people that I should have acces don't and now being told to pay more is just ridiculous. I've used U Haul many times but this is terrible!!!! GO TO ANY BUT THE ONE ON DIXIE HWY!
